but hasn't Al qaeda been threatening France and Spain lately?? Wasn't Zawahiri's last tape aimed specifically at France and spain. Also didn't the Zapatero govt. recently have a quarrel with a large muslim group that wanted to be allowed to worship in a church in Cordoba? The church was a former mosque and I believe the muslim group wanted it back. I may be wrong on that last point. But it could be terror related, it could be Saddam related, it could be a natural gas line, it could be the Basques.....
