mark foley's folly, the man, the boys, the cover up, the fallout, what a spectacle.
bush's resolute hard headedness and arrogant dismissal of the people's will.
Dead eye dick.
The anti gay marriage and flag burning amendments that are always stuck together like bookends, and their subsequent failures to launch.

Believe that Saddam had WMD's, trained terrorists, and was getting ready to attack amerika with his pretend WMD's. You also left out the two wonderful movies, Flight 93 and the world trade towers. My mates sister bought them a few days back and insisted my mate watch them because they told the whole story behind 9/11. According to my mates sister everyone on flight 93 had cell phones and they all were documenting what was happening during the flight right up to the plane being crashed into the PA land scape. It told the whole truth of 9/11. Not to mention the idiots that still blame crime on single woman families and welfare. In another words there is no top 5 stupid people or things going on in 2006, its many stupid people buying into the propaganda of the right wing.

So many Freeper idiots, so little time. And space. But here are my 5 cents:
5 - Sean Hannity saying that "Democrats should stay away from voting in the Midterm elections". "Let Freedom Ring", Sean?
4 - Michael "Savage"-Hitler advocating the murder of 100 million Muslims, apparantly no matter if they're terrorist or not. 61 years after Auschwitz and Birkenau, people would love to see the Holocaust take place again, it seems.
3 - Glenn Beck and his "prove to me you're not working with the enemies" slander against Keith Ellison. I've only got one expression for it: :puke:
2 - Michael "Savage" saying that "filthy Democrats are worse than what Foley did". "You're a paedophile? Don't worry, at least you're not a Democrat."
1 - Donald Rumsfeld resigns as the Secretary of Defense - before he killed more US Troops in Iraq than al-Qaeda killed civilians on 9/11. Now THAT'S what I call a Chickenhawk. Ba-gaaawk!!

4. "Stay the course" George W. Bush |
|
1. George W. Bush ignoring any and all sound advice about Iraq. The screw-up in Iraq almost deserves a separate listing by itself.
2. The corrupt and bungled Katrina recovery effort, including the illegal cutoff of aid to survivors.
3. The Military Commissions Act.
4. Bush administration gagging of government scientists, closing of government libraries, and its overall war on the truth.
5. Katherine Harris.
Dishonorable mentions for George "Macaca" Allen, Conrad Burns and Rick Santorum.
Sadly, we have an embarrassment of riches.
