2. What a Horror Iraq must be to cause a person to prefer Suicide.

3. Why the big deal to get him out of the house? Why not wait? Even

if it took a week, why push the guy? The only one at risk was him, right? So if they were there because he threatened to kill himself, why was it necessary to egg on a confrontation that ended up with him being shot to death? What if they had just kept him barricaded and waited him out?

He pointed a gun at police? Did he shoot? Were the police standing there in the open, without cover, and at risk?

Don't the police know how to handle this any better by now? If they're in a safe location, secure and not likely to be shot, shouldn't they wait until something more than someone 'pointing' a gun at them occur?
