The one part of the SOTU that made me happy |
|
the one part of that wretched Nazi speech that made me happy was when the Dems jumped to their feet in appluase of Bush's defeat on Social Security. It brings a smile to my face everytime I see it. I think in my short few years of voting that is the only issue I have ever seen Democrats so completely united and it just went to show when his SS plan went down that when the Democrats stick together they truly are the most powerful party in this country and they are the party of the people.

I also liked the dumbfounded expression on the faces of the Pukes. But still, it's too bad that the Dems stood up far too often to applaud the Usurper. Because of this, the GOP will say in its November campaign that any wrongs attributable to Bush will also be the fault of the rubber stamping Dems. That is a point that cannot now be disputed and will cost them dearly.
