Anyone know how to get online a copy of Hill &Bill's Health care plan?

All i get when I google are lots of links to RW trashing of the plan but no links to the actual draft policy/plan.

It was a bit early for easy net access.

Be warned that the Clinton plan was supposedly over 1000 pages long.

If I recall the left-side critique correctly, the problem was that it put everything in the hands of the largest insurance companies (Harry and Louise came from the counterattack by small and medium-sized insurers), and effectively combined all the worst aspects of private cartels and "gummint byoo-rock-racies" (double the waiting in line, triple the number of forms, and quadruple the price gouging).
