Ron, you just cut to the core of junta lawlessness! Congress passes a law and bush signs his own version... Too bad for him the Constitutions gives him no such power to write law (Congress's job) and interrupt law (the Courts' job). the junta would have us believe they are all three branches of government in one little West Wing!
