I am supposed to trust these people? These people are protecting me? These people know who the enemies are? These people have my best interests at heart?

In hearings before the Senate Intelligence Committee, National Intelligence Director John Negroponte agreed with Sen. Christopher Bond, R-Mo., when asked whether newspaper articles disclosing the National Security Agency's secretive domestic spy program and other classified information put the nation at risk.
"I must say that in the nine months that I've been in this job, one of the greatest disappointments that I personally have had is experiencing the degree to which people are willing to talk about classified matters to the public media. And we've got to bring that kind of activity to a stop," Negroponte said.
People "also have the right to know that there are clear rules, that we're still operating under the rule of law, under the Bill of Rights and the Constitution," Feingold said.

Seems like these people are more concerned with their own rear ends, than ours.
