7. Hell's bells, I've been hoping I was wrong since March of 2003.

Unfortunately, I haven't been wrong yet. I said it was a mistake, I said it was immoral to attack a country that did nothing to us, I said SH wasn't a threat, I said this would be a huge fucking MESS, I said thousands of lives would be lost, I said it would destabilize Iraq and launch it into a civil war, I said the fundamentalist Islamic groups would be able to take over, I said they weren't committing enough troops to do something on the scale they wanted to do it, I said leaving the ammo dumps unguarded was stupid as shit, I said leaving a power and security vaccuum would just INVITE terrorists into Iraq, I said the troops would be sitting ducks over there.

Shit, I WANT to be wrong on this thing, only because it would save lives! But dammit, I haven't been wrong yet, so this must be a major fuck-up, just like I thought it would be.
