We need DIRT on LIEberman, wonder if Waxman or even Larry Flynt has some |
|
I think this would be a good time for a complete investigation into LIEberman's background, everyone has skeletons in their closets, and I bet between Waxman and Larry Flynt that ONE of them could find something.
I want this asskissing piece of shit totally demoralized and degraded on Prime Time, and forced to STEP DOWN.
There has be SOMETHING. I don't want this insaniac virtually holding my govt hostage, refusing to investigate New Orleans should be grounds enough, an accomplice to a traitorous administration, SOMETHING..
Anyone got any dirt? Maybe we can all poke around and get something on this guy.
Remember LBJ once called someone a PIGFUCKER, and when a staff member says, "We don't have any evidence to Prove he's a pigfucker.." LBJ retorted,
"We don't have to PROVE anything, HE HAS TO PROVE HE'S NOT a Pigfucker!"
See where I'm going with this? :)
OUT, OUT DAMNED LIEBERMAN SPOT!

1. Yes, and it won't work. |
|
You haven't got him on anything that can get him out of office in the next six years. Work on making him irrelevant.

3. I cringe at all the hate for Lieberman on DU. |
|
I wouldn't blame Lieberman for defecting to the Republican party should he see our writings/comments about him. I wouldn't care except there goes our majority and power to impeach bush* an investigate this administration and that would truly be a crime. We all know what we think...so maybe we should cool it to be on the safe side. Remember Jim Jeffords and what happened to the Republicans? Do we want that to happen to us? Careful what we wish for. We may end up getting rid of Lieberman but end up in the minority. Don't think for one minute the Thugs aren't offering him the keys to the WH or SoS or something like that if he defects. He scares the hell out of me.

6. Lieberman has defected to the Republican party for some time |
|
now. Lieberman will vote against Dems on impeachment anyway to protect his precious war agenda. I loathe Lieberman and do not see him as helpful to the party at all. As far as I'm concerned, he should have been stripped of his committe assignments because he is not a Democrat, not even in party affiliation now. He is an Independent, regardless of how he styles himself. He courted Republicans and they voted him in. They can have him.

10. He's got a serious shot at the VP... |
|
I predict: Cheney will soon have to step down for health reasons...either his putative 'heart' (or whatever is circulating the freon-like substance he is using for 'blood') or he's going to suffer the same type of disease that caused Spiro Agnew to step down as VP...a political one.
During his taped speech, Bush mentioned Lieberman BY NAME as having given him 'good advice'. It would take a cold chisel, wild horses, dynamite, hydrochloric acid and about eight gravities worth of force to remove Lieberman's lips from Bush's ass right now.
Not only that, while Independent Lieberman originally committed to caucus with the Democrats if he won (which is the main reason they threw their support behind him rather than Lamont) he is now reconsidering that commitment.
Insurance policy, indeed. :scared:

5. Given Bushco's love of gathering scandalous photos ... |
|
I'm wondering if they don't have tons of close-ups of Lieberman with a couple of sheep or something.
Maybe that's why Joe's nose is pointed in that direction.

7. Isn't there an FEC investigation of Lieberman under way right now? |
|
I seem to recall something about Lieberman having failed to declare about $378,000 in campaign contributions in the last campaign. I think it's not just unethical but also potentially illegal. I'm not sure what became of the investigation by the FEC, or whether they dropped the inquiry, but I think it was opened just a couple months ago.

8. $387,000 spent in petty cash, no explanation. |
|
It wasn't the contributions, it was how the money was spent. Sorry, no link because I'm running out the door, but it should be easy to find. If you can't find it, I'll post it after I'm back online. MIght not be until tomorrow.

9. Lieberman is "Pure as the Drivin Snow" his broad smiles and sanctimonious |
|
declarations appeal to the "Soap Opera" in our Souls and his support for Israel is Undaunted.
He is pure...there's NO DIRT...he's like Bush II in that his family is intact and whatever "skeletons" are all so deep they go beyond the "closet" and are buried way below the earth.
He's as pure as Russert, Matthews and those who report on him are.

13. How would his stepping down help the Democrats? That's an absurd suggestion. |
|
The Senate isn't the Miss America contest, where the one with the next largest vote countis the runner up and finishes out the reign of the stepper-down. I am not familiar with the way CT fills vacancies, but if there is any of that "overnor gets to appoint someone pending a special election" business, we'd be fucked.
The present governor of CT is Republican. I doubt she'd appoint a Democrat out of some sense of "fairness."
We have to DEAL with Lieberman, like it or not. The only other option is to find another Jumpin' Jim Jeffords type...then we can box Joe in a bit more.
