This happened like a week ago, but I just found a link to the story.. I thought our country had moved past this crap.. I would've posted it earlier, but I could not find a link anywhere..

FLORAL CITY - A dead raccoon was found hanging from a noose, along with a racist note, on the porch of a Floral City church, authorities said.

The Citrus County Sheriff's Office considered the incident a hate crime, spokeswoman Gail Tierney said.

"With the hangman's noose, it was kind of hard not to label it a hate crime," she said.

and the various KKKristians - hate the gays, it's ok - hate the blacks & mexicans, they're all sucking up your tax dollars anyhow (don't look at Halliburton, no look at the welfare queen Raygun warned us of) Muslims are all bad, only Saint George will protect you.

They are appealing to the base nature of a large portion of their base. They're considered conservative because they fear anything different. And now we have an entire media and faux religions both ganging up to keep these fears stirred up.
