2. I've had cops pull up behind me at night and I go to a very lighted

area. I wouldn't stop in the dark for anyone with a buzzing light on the top of there car. I put my hazard lights on and drive and if I have to drive to the next exit on the freeway than so be it.

3. Our police here say "question them", ask for identification. If an officer

is trying to pull you over and you're in an unfamiliar, or lonely, dimly lit area, drive slowly to a public populated place before pulling over. All for those very same reasons you just listed.
