Urgent advice needed - Anyone on blogger?
Hello all, I hope i'm posting this in the right place.

I run a blog called "A Logical Voice" at http://logicvoice.blogspot.com and regular post progressive and alternative news.

I noticed something strange this morning when i'd made about 4/5 draft posts to be published to A Logical Voice, then when I tried to go back into the editor to publish them, they'd all disappeared from the list of posts.

I thought to myself that maybe it was just a problem with Blogger, but then I noticed that even when I published immediately after typing out the posts, the posts were getting deleted almost straight away. That happened about 6 times, the last post I published disappeared from the blog about an hour ago now. I wondered if anything similar had happened to anyone here? And also wanted to warn any other blogger users about this, as whoever is behind this might try this with other peoples blogs.

Anyway, what do you think about this? I've contacted Blogger to tell them about it, and asked if they can tell me who was responsible for deleting the posts.

1. That's sort of creepy,eh?
I can just share this with you: My husband and I use something called ICOP (piece of hardware) to monitor everyone who tries to 'hit' our PC. It gives you a log of names and addresses of all that try to enter.

2. Thanks for reply
I do have a firewall, and my anti virus software was only updated this morning. I did wonder if someone had managed to hack in to the blogger dashboard by some means though, I don't know how they'd do that, i'm not very good on technical things.

4. I know Blogger sometimes goes wonky
But to have all the posts deleted one after another, just seemed barmy to me.

5. Just to let those interested know
After several hours work behind the scenes, we finally got it sorted out, I think. It seems someone had hacked into my Blogger account, in order to create their own sort of chaos.

I posted this initially, because I thought people should be aware.

I knew that my anti virus and firewall were up to date, so it was just a matter of how we could stop the hacker from carrying out their juvenile behaviour. Anyway, please, anyone who has a blogger account, please keep changing your passwords frequently. Obviously there are some people who don't like progressive and alternative news and views, and object to real freedom.

Best wishes all.

7. Blogspot seems to be hosed
I had a similar problem. I added a post this morning. I went in to edit my template, and when I saved and republished Index, the blog would rever to it's last version, including my last pre-save version of today's post.

Then, finally, blogspot.com when down. Strangely, I can still get into Dashboard and do some work. I just can't view any blogs.
