DAMMIT,DAMMIT,DAMMIT!!!!!!!!!
I just watched the arrival of Corretta Scott King at the Capital. How depressing and what a huge loss to this country. She was such a great lady. My heart goes out to her family and friends. May she RIP.

1. What was the deal
about her dying in a Mexican clinic?

Does anyone know anything about that?

3. It was one of those last ditch treatment centers.
One that promises cures that aren't FDA approved. People who go there usually are terminal and don't have a chance by traditional methods.

I think Steve McQueen did the same thing, with the same results.

Stage III-IV widely disseminated Ca. I was completely well in less than 5 wks. That was eight years ago!

Remember who the FDA serves.

8. Good for you Quakerfriend!
I've experienced some pretty odd things when dealing with minority or foreign doctors. They did some things that were outside of the conventional, and they worked! On the other hand, one deserved to have his license pulled.

4. I don't see it as depressing at all
because she had an amazing life, four children, a good marriage..and if her faith holds true, she is with Martin now.

She has left us an example.

7. I'm sorry is is so hard for you
I've had a lot of opportunity to experience it and it has gotten easier with time. I appreciate the cycle now, knowing I'm closing in on it.

Take is easy today...
