How can you access old federal court cases?
Findlaw and Cornell doesn't have them that old.

Looking for case:
Lipp v. Morris, 579 F.2d 834 (3d Cir. 1978)

2. Go to your local law library and look in the books.
For that case, you'd be looking at "Federal Second". That means, the books called "Federal Reporter--second series." That is a set of books. You'd look at Volume # 579 of that set. (And it would be on Page 834.)

Many counties have local law libraries. This would be in or near the local county courthouse. Or go to the nearest federal district court--our federal court has a law library on its top floor. Yours surely does, too.
