Did George Allen spray Nazi graffiti around his high school?

I seem to have heard a story about this.

Allen's the presumed front-runner, does anyone have any more information (preferably articles) about this?

If it's true at all, his candidacy ought to be torpedoed on the spot.

In fact, he could probably be unseated as a U.S. Senator if this gets out...

3. The story might have come from a DUer...

... since I first heard of it here, from someone who had gone to high school with him. From the description, Allen's reputation in high school was more racist than Nazi in tone, and that he was generally full of himself because of his daddy's status.

A DUer described it to me about a year and a half ago, here, online. I will search for it.

A friend who grew up in California told me her younger brother was in Allen's class and she told me the same story.

Allen was jock and his white school was playing a predominately black school. Allen painted graffiti on his own school to look like it had been done by students of the black school. How very Rovian of him.
Supposedly, he was also very into the confederate flag thing. In Virginia that could be heritage or hatred. In California, it can only be hatred.

Isn't it strange that Gov. Wilder allowed Senator Bigot to be elected bcause he was having a spat with Chuck Robb.

1. He has that effect on people.

He's one of the smarmiest, most hypocritical, and surely the phoniest repuke senator -- and that's saying a lot in that crowd. In case you've missed it in other Allen threads, I went to high school with the SOB and was a firsthand witness to the racist graffiti he spraypainted on the walls of the school one weekend to stir up animosity toward black kids from a nearby school we were scheduled to play in football that week. He tried to make the writing look like black gang graffiti, but screwed up when he misspelled the name of their school (Morningside - how hard is that?). Anyhow he was caught and had to publically apologize. By the way this was in Southern California where the bigot grew up. Even back then he had his car papered with Confederate battle flag stickers. What an ass.

9. He does not represent the state of VA, he represents the WH!

Allen has his nose so far up George Bush's butt that if his name wasn't already George, he would rename himself.
He always marches in lock step with the White House. If they wanted to turn Virginia into a toxic waste dump, he would support them. He does not look after the interests of his constituents, he looks after the interests of George Bush and seeks better ways to position himself as Bush's successor.
When there have been call your senator drives, his phones are never open. He doesn't empty the voice mail or staff the phones to get a sampling of the wishes of his voters. He isn't interested. The neo-cons say to vote for a green sky, so that is the way he votes.

but Allen at one time displayed a confederate flag in his home and a noose in his law office. He explained these away as being part of flag and western memorabilia collections.
