That is usually how people have made these self feel OK when they do shameful things. They are not like us so to speak. I am sure the Am. Indians and blacks can tell us more about that. I think Tolstoy had one of his people say that 'those people do not have the same feeling that we have' talking about people out of his class. It seems to have been a classical way to let one off the shame feeling. I heard it all in WW2 as we were told the Japaneses do not look on life as we do. They had a harder time with Germany as it is the country that has the largest group in this country. Now it is the poor that do not have the same feelings I guess. Congress would hardly wish to be called racist, would it?
