yes they know he's gay, but he's a "discreet" gay, and he's tall and good-looking in a very republican, buttoned-down way.. He's educated, well-spoken and he won't be hitting on their trophy wives..

He has a "tv presence" and that's all that's important these days.. He's a good interrupter, he's good at hogging all the time, and has the talking points down pat..

and he's creepy as hell, but apparently republicans have had their creep monitors surgically removed

8. i watched the gaither family gathering

last night on rfd tv. besides a few decent gospel songs, the head of the gaither family was interviewing some of the people who help put the show togeher..the one guy was the choir director who was good at "interior decorating" yes if you wanted a really good "interior decorator" well he`s the guy."they" are acceptable as long as they are either married or say nothing to upset the bigots in the group.
