Strict constructionists can't say 9/11 changed everything -
To do so would detract from original intent. If the framers had intended for 9/11 to change everything, they would have written it that way.

2. The question is, are the strict constructionist going to honor the
interpretations of the law by the Liberal judges that came before them? Or are they going to turn this country back to the horse and buggy days?

Not a chance in hell, I say. Give them time and they'll turn the clock back.
