I find the speed limit cumbersome, burdensome....next time I get a speeding ticket I'm going to court and giving this as my reason for not paying. I'm sure it will work for me :sarcasm:

boy-king-caeser-tyrant is wearing no clothes on this one, and it doesn't matter how many times they recite "but congress actually said it would be OK..." they are all getting their open-ended questions handed back to them in the form of home spun tyranny...a domestic enemy, which they are supposed to protect us from and not foster & sanction from within

15. Then it is the duty of the executive to ask Congress to change the law
not to simply ignore the law.

19. i would that it were the duty of congress to not presume an executive...
any future executive, will adhere to the laws & process of this country as though some sort of 'natural inclination' in that this bush admin has shown little respect for either laws, or regulations national, or international.

as a body filled with lawyers they should have known (they do when the matter suits them specifically) = that is 'the world of the four corners'

and they must be tacked down round the edges as well

16. He has to say that...
to lay the foundation for Congress and/or the courts to revise the FISA laws; then rubber-stamp the Bush co. wiretapping law in to existence.

A motion or proceeding -- seeking to change an existing law (such as FISA) cannot be changed -- unless it is obviously unreasonable.

I am no lawyer, perhaps a lawyer has some insight into this.

22. specter being prepared to parade the wife of a fallen pilot...
just moments before a pee break, lends a sick air of theater to me as well, and her staged speech before the microphone didn't help matters, or make the case for illegal, or supra-legal intrusion either imo
