What legal 'standing' would the claimant have regarding any charge? If it's a civil suit, what evidence of harm exists? How would the claimant PROVE harm by a preponderance of the evidence? Why would any respondant even bother to show up?
Insofar as whether SCOTUS can be a defendant/respondant, I believe there've been employment discrimination actions taken ... but they didn't go far.
