FISA - What is it good for? |
|
Not for National Security/according to the Bushies?
I need some bullets for quick responses about the wiretap hearing today. Most of my friends think it's "hurting us more than helping us" catch the bad guys.
Blame the DEMOCRATS ! Thanks :hi:

2. I find it telling that the FISA law drafted in 1978... |
|
was written into LAW EXPRESSLY to curb the NSA and Executive Branch of government from performing the EXACT crimes that the BFEE is committing daily under the "TSP," or "Taxpayer Surveillance Program."

3. ask them how it is hindering operations??? |
|
99.999% of FISA courts allow the searches. So why go around it now???? Because they are spying on people who have nothing to do with the war on terror, thats why.
