Specter has to leave hearings to go help out Cheney and Halliburton
But...why is LEAHY involved?

The Asbestos Reform Bill...doesn't that simply let Halliburton off the hook for the asbestos claims on the books when Halliburton bought into it?

WTF...Why Leahy?
