This sounds good:-
from moveon.org
We demand a thorough and independent investigation of the Bush administration's allegedly illegal wiretapping activities, including:
appointment of a special prosecutor to respond to any criminal activity that may have taken place,
a thorough, meaningful and open Congressional investigation,
protection for all whistleblowers who come forward with evidence of wrongdoing in this program.

If you are tapping me,
I want the public to be able to see,
that i never will be a threat,
and you can bloody place your bet.
I want to know the case,
where you've got an ace,
that you think justifies the case,
single above the law, the presidential flaw,
where warrant does not need he, for snooping on the free.

5. Thank you!
I added this:

Watching the judicial committee hearing on C-Span today, I'm convinced this will be a whitewash by the Republicans. Senator Specter pointedly declared that Att. Gen. Gonzales did not have to be sworn in. When the Democratic senators protested & asked for a committee vote, Specter claimed that there would be two proxy votes for two Republican senators who were absent, but fumbled & hemmed & hawed when asked to provide them.

Clearly, this investigation is too important to be handled by a partisan congressional committee. It has become very clear that Republican congresspeople consistently put party interests above the good of the average Americans & will protect this administration tooth & nail.

Do the right thing: An independent investigation is in order here. No excuses.

17. I Signed It
And I made it very clear that it's not the spying on actual terrorists that I object to, as long as it is within the law. What I object to is the spying on Democrats & other progressives. This is a war against terrorism, not a war on the people in the other party! Maybe we *all* need to make this more clear, because somehow the message doesn't seem to be getting out to the general public. We are *not* soft on terrorism. We are just saying that we don't like to be treated like terrorists when we aren't.

18. Great! I wonder why they haven't caught Osama?
This is the thing Democrats should be asking after all this spying where the &&&* is Osama Bin Ladin - infact they haven't found hardly any of the terrorists. They failed to prevent 9/11 despite spying before 9/11. Either the NSA aren't that good or it makes one think that the terrorists are within?
