Who are we at war with? And how do we know when it is over?
Gonzo claims we are at war and therefore the president has the right to circumvent the Constitution. Who did we declare war on? Terror?

And when will we know when we have defeated who ever we declared war on?

I just cant wait till the president starts recording and keeping records of everyone who has bought a gun, or multiple guns. You know, he has to protect America from terrorist getting guns.

12. I suppose that technically any "war" declared ...
such as "war on drugs" would supercede the Constitution. All needed would be a majority Congress and/or a weak minority party to approve an accompaning authorization.
