23. What gets me is how they aren't looking at 2 things

illegal wire taps will cause. 1. If information is used from illegal wire taps it won't be admissable in a court of law, remember its up to the plantiff to provide proof that they did everything by rule of law. 2. even with shrubs being able to imprison without due process will end some day and guess who will end up paying for those wrongly imprisoned?
