It's not a freakin' PROGRAM. A government program is something that is authorized and budgeted for by Congress. The way people are talking about it now it's like the thing was Social Security. It was a COVERT OPERATION. The last thing we want is for domestic spying to become a PROGRAM.

Someone on tv noted that he might try to use this type of thinking the next time he was pulled over doing 45 mph in a 30 mph zone ....
