1. Mrs. King has always looked
absolutely regal. Her eyes are miles and miles deep. Rest in peace.

6. Nice pics. Thanks Steph!
I take it Barbara Bush wasn't able to attend. And the pic with Condi Rice, the guy to the left behind Ms. Rice looks like Osteen from Lakewood Church.

10. Strange... I notice that Barbara Bush is absent...
I wonder what her reasons are... I am inclined to suggest that it might have something to do with her aversion to certain events and/or people.

12. She was so beautiful, inside and out. What a joke that any of the
Bushes attended. If I were one of her children I would have a hard time with that, I'd want to say they were not allowed to attend.

And yes, I too noticed that the Barbara Bush couldn't be bothered. At least she's more honest about her bigotry than her husband or son. Boy, talk about the antithesis of Coretta Scott King. Barbara is even more hideous inside than she is outside.

26. Egh. Many powerful and moving images, but...
I couldn't help but be sickened by the image of Bush leafing absently through the book in his lap, obviously totally ignoring everything, during Shirley Franklin's presentation. MY. GOD. Is this "man" even human?
