Speaking before four presidents, including President George W. Bush, Rev. Dr. Joseph Lowery received a standing ovation today at the Coretta Scott King funeral. Watch it:




We know now there were no weapons of mass destruction over there. But Coretta knew and we know that there are weapons of misdirection right down here. Millions without health insurance. Poverty abounds. For war billions more but no more for the poor.

Just as I was getting home from work, I tuned in and sure enough....Rev. Lowery was up. I was transfixed and wondered if I was actually hearing those words...spoken in front of Little Lord Pissypants....who almost looked as if he COULD piss his pants!!! While no one else was here, I was doing the "woo hoo" all by my lonesome...but I didn't care....joyous I felt. Loved the fact that Bush was called out....in a house of God.....wow!!!! How's that workin' for ya George?!!!!!
