Justice Dept. official says Bush can order killings on U.S. soil.

I just read an article in which a justice dept official told the senate intelligence committee that Bush could order a killing on U.S. soil under certain circumstances.

It was in answer to a hypothetical question asked by Diane Feinstein and referred to Al Qaeda members.

Well, supposedly wire tapping is limited to "terrorist," but who really believes that? If Bush can order killings on American soil, what's to stop him from ordering the killing of, say, Seymour Hersh? Or you? Or me? Who's going to stop him? Certainly not the Democrats.

The point here is that the question was asked and the justice dept. official, in effect, said "yes." We should all be terrified, and not of Al Qaeda, but of the dangerous criminals running our country.

Americans are nothing more than one giant frog in a pot of water that's being brought slowly to a boil.

I admire and respect what Gore had to say. But given our current circumstance, there doesn't seem to be any peaceful means of stopping this administration and their enablers.

I believe a second American revolution would be the equivalent of committing suicide. I know this sounds negative, but I'm damned if I know how to stop a regime that controls all three branches of government, plus the military, the media, the message, and the ballot boxes.

3. One option is to LEAVE -- just like many of the German intelligentsia

did just before Hitler took power and make it very difficult or impossible for people to leave.

Some may stay and fight -- but why? They count the votes.

Now they claim to be able to murder upon the whim of bushie. They will kill and THEN come up with a justification for murder.

They are well known people such as Gore, and Carter and the list goes on and on. I'll hit the streets in demonstrations to shut down government buildings before I leave. They can drag me off, but before they do. I will have fought to take back America.
