Kenneth Star's name pops up in the Pellicano scandal

Kenneth Star's name pops up in the Pellicano scandal
It seems Sylvester Stallone and Kenneth Starr were partners in the Planet Hollywood venture. Stallone sues Starr. Starr is represented by Bertram Fields, who employed Pellicano as an investigator. Pellicano is the one who is in hot water for doing illegal wiretaps (gee, there's that darn word again) and criminal background checks on various celebrities - including Stallone.

1. I have a feeling it's a different Kenneth Starr. The one mentioned was
Stallone's former business manager.

I don't know California laws pursuant to wire-tapping, but, if they're like Florida laws, Starr will get a pass if they can't prove that he knew they were illegally tapping Stallone.
