Paul Hackett sounds HOT
:loveya: :loveya: :loveya: He and Randi are making fun of the Schmidthead.

Randi: "She squeaked by."
Paul: "Squeak-- how appropriate!!"

He knows the guy the Schmidthead quoted -- he says there's an unspoken bond among Marines -- wouldn't trash Murtha.

Randi calls her "Little Bunhead."

:loveya:

12. Sounds hot because he IS hot.
He really won over Schmidt too, there was another mysterious 'humidity' problem in the last two hours on election day.

13. If a progressive looked handsome like another JFK or Bill Clinton...
Edited on Tue Feb-07-06 04:50 PM by Selatius
and was charismatic like both of them were, he'd win hands down. It sounds crass, but politics has become so superficial, and to ignore the reality is to be willfully ignorant of the situation. Combine a populist message that appeals to the working class with the charisma of a great leader and you have yourself a potent combination.

I've said it elsewhere, but if Dennis Kucinich looked like JFK, he would've been a contender in '04 at least on economic issues in our sound-bite media that's always so stupidly drawn to pretty faces.
