King funeral...something I just noticed..
on the News Hour tonight. I don't have cable, so this is the first opportunity I've had to see any video of the event. (About a 10 minute clip)

When Bush was speaking, there was a woman in the front row paging through her program, or whatever. Had her head down, not attending to him. Also, a woman in the choir doing the same, and one further up behind her. I didn't see that with either Carter or Clinton. Maybe someone who has TIVO can review a longer segment and tell me what you think. I think they can't stand to listen to him.

Then when Pres. Carter was speaking about the spying issue, the Chimp was sitting behind him with that disguasting smirk on his face the whole time. :puke:

15. She didn't stand up when he was finished. She wasn't going to
shake his hand, but he walked right up and put his hand out and she had no choice but to stand and shake it.

You could almost see the hatred emanating from her like a glow.

5. Bush forgot his hemorrhoid cream and there are no drugs
yet invented to smooth the hateful petulance from Pickle's face.

It is a telling photo of them both.

11. Stand to listen to him? I certainly can't.
And the way he's splayed all over that chair. Sheesh! Reminds me of a 6 year old.

Think about this...would Queen Elizabeth sit like that?? Ok, even if you don't care for the Queen. She's a head of state and knows how to be dignified.

him are flipping through their programs at the same time. Zero clapping. Those same women were on their feet for Carter, the Clintons, and Lowery.

Great eyes. I've seen the clip a few times now and it was definitely premeditated.

12. Bush has a serious case of ADD.
I'm watching the replay now on CSPAN and he is really struggling to stay focused on the speakers. He keeps looking around the room, back at the program, shift in seat, look around the room, stare at program, shift, repeat.

He absolutely looks like he cannot stand to be there another minute. And I'm only watching the beginning!
