defended the warrantless wiretapping by saying "other presidents have conducted this type of surveillance. George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, and Woodrow Wilson conducted electronic wiretapping." Washington and Lincoln defended electronic surveillance? BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!
