TUCKER on MSNBC being a major hypocrite
He is INFURIATED in his face, as bad as I've ever seen him look, throwing a fit about Pres. Carter and a Rev. attacking racism in this country by mentioning Katrina, and current WH policy (with Bush right behind them), and he's flipping out saying how dare they use not only a funeral, but CHURCH as a way to push their anti-Bush agenda...

Someone, please call 877 822 7576
and tell him (as I'm out in the country and no reception on cell) how much of a hypocrite he is!
James Dobson and tons of Catholic, Baptist and other preachers basically BITCHED at their people during sermons to vote for Bush, and vote against the Democrats. I had to sit through one such tirade at a Baptist church (I was making a friend happy that I went to his church once, sorry, Baptist churches are NOT for me, I'll stick to the gay church on the corner!).

Seriously, he looked like he was screaming at a best friend who he just caught having sex with his girlfriend. I'm CERTAIN he didn't act that way any of the dozens of times he's heard the right-wingers doing their preaching for repugs on Sundays!

8. well atman
I wouldn't put this in LBN because it's a DISCUSSIONARY comment based on something he just said tonight that Republicans do all the friggin time.

Sorry to bring up something watched by millions on msnbc this evening and in rebroadcasts that I think others should give him hell for.

14. MSNBC doesn't have a big audience, nor does FAUX and
what they do have are a bunch of mindless idiots. Be happy that little prick is spouting shit like that, he may wake someone up!

Tucker lives in a constant hell and knows that it is all entertainment. It's just a show.

15. Tucker is only watched my millions...
...if you add up his daily audience for a year.

MSNBC doesn't have an audience large enough to fill the seats at a minor league hockey game.

a group of democrats in a Baptist church were kicked out. Thirty people left with them in protest.

6. Seriously...
when I saw your subject line: "TUCKER on MSNBC being a major hypocrite"

I thought, so what else is new(s)? But I agree with your post. Katrina is the thing the GOP never understood. Why is America angry? Well, first, because Americans were left to die in a city deluged by a perfectly predictable set of events (or so we thought they had modeled what happened).

Good for President Carter and the Reverend. :-)

9. right on!
great post susanna! right, I know, the caption post is funny for it's obviousness "tucker's a hypocrite", but thanks for getting to making a very strong point in your post, and that being something I didn't mention but FIRMLY agree with you, they just don't GET Katrina, or more yet, don't give a * about it because it mostly affected "*", as several people I know (shudder) have said when they see the victims on tv.

To think a MAJOR U.S. city was ignored for a week after a well documented hurricane coming their way and our pResident chose to stay on vacation and play guitar.... barf.

how about shrub back behind the pulpit grinnin and making weird jerky movements during the speeches, puh-lease!!! George, they don't like you, so quit trying to fit in. he should have just sat there and showed respect as the sitting pResident.

12. You know ...
Earlier, he was on Mathews (I too broke my rule) RAILING on some ARAB about "freedom of speech" ... Honestly, and Mathews were just lecturing some Arab press guy about good old american freedom of the press ...

I was just dumbfounding, thinking about the COUNTLESS times Carlson does his jackal attacks on some Dem for things they say ...

Carlson is just an idiot ... I saw a show a few months ago where he pretty much said kids should just go into school and fight with each other (like the little puke did that when he was in school), and about a month ago when he had some lady on talking about teenage girls giving oral sex, and he said something along the lines of, he has boys, so he actually thinks its cool ...

I break my promise to not watch Mathews, cause of his format ... I used to try to find a way to watch Carlson only when Maddow was on, but I have not watched him since the oral sex thing ... Not only is he a jackal conservative, but he is TRULY an idiot ... Textbook definition ...

13. That fugger Tucker's show is doing so badly
that Tweety is dragging him on to his program to make as many ridiculous comments as possible. Who gives a flying fugg what he says.

17. Tucker's take on presidential spying (puke alert)
First of all, I don't watch his show. It is a crap-fest, and he makes my skin crawl. But on Monday, Jon Stewart was in re-runs, and as I switched channels back to "real" news, I paused as he was talking to Rachel Maddow, who was explaining to Tucker the history of the FISA law, and reminding him of what got Richard Nixon in trouble. His reaction? He laughed hysterically. "Yeah, but why would anybody try to break into the Democratic Headquarters nowadays? There's nothing there!" Har har hardy har har, Tucker. He always finds a way to pull the most trivial or absurd angle of a story and try to make it the focus. The guy is a total hack. Who the hell is he? A network exec's nephew or something? What is his pedigree that he keeps getting his own shows even though he can't hold an audience? He's blowing someone, or has the goods on someone, or is someone's brother/nephew/ward of the state. He has NO political insight at all. It is AMAZING.

16. Sorry I can't.
I sent MSNBC a note asking they either up his meds or move him away from my bedtime slot, otherwise my channel was being changed directly after KO. Obviously they haven't done so... so I haven't watched him since.

18. He has every right to be angry!
Why, the biggest cause for white conservative pundits has always been African American funeral etiquette. These upstanding white men have fought for DECADES to give us Black folk the right to have a non-political funeral, and what did we go and do? We ruined it, by celebrating and mentioning the causes of the deceased! HOW DARE WE!!
