If the "no-fly" list includes Ted Kennedy as a "suspected terrorist", can we conclude that Ted Kennedy's phone calls from overseas were wire tapped by the NSA?

If so, what other Liberal politicians are on the NSA's terrorist watch list in the wire tapping program?

1. Of course he'll have to pass on the details of the program....

...Because of course Ted Kennedy, Michael Moore, and Howard Dean are on the wiretap list. That's a good reason mot to involve the FISA court as well.

It really whizzes me off that our tax dollars are going to helping the Karl Rove Government keep a thumb on those they fear the most while port security and power plants go without.
