is anyone else experiencing SLOWWWW DU load times...?

I'm staring at a blank browser for 10-20 when I refresh DU-- not every time, but frequently enough to be annoying. Is anyone else noticing slow performance this morning?

4. Just got info at work that there is some kind of

DNS server experiencing an outage in the Chicago area. It says "Some
customers may experience latency on the backbone due to the Chicago
outage. The outage is caused by break within our fiber providers network.
The provider's techs are onsite where they believe the break is located as
well as splice crews on the way. No estimate time of repair at this time."

Don't know whether that could be what's up or not. There's also supposed to be some outage in the LA area.
