Columnist Dennis Byrne illustrates the fascist wannabe Bushbot dolt

Dennis Byrne, knowing that few people with a brain can stand to read his entire column, contradicts himself. First he asserts that letting out the secret that our government wiretaps without warrants helps the enemy. Then in the VERY SAME COLUMN states that warrantless wiretapping has been openly approved by presidents since Carter and four appellate court decisions AND THEREFORE THE FACT OF WARRANTLESS SEARCHES WAS NO SECRET AT ALL.

Now, I don't know, exactly, how the information that Bush wiretaps without the five minutes' work for a FISA warrant helps the enemy. I don't know why a terrorist would say, "Now that I know Bush is not following FISA guidelines, I will hang up the telephone because before I assumed there would never be enough info to get a warrant on ME."

But Byrne then steps on his own argument in the rush to find SOMETHING to defend Bush, by claiming that in fact warrantless searches were openly and publically undertaken and approved by previous presidents and court cases. So the only terrorists aided would be those a) relying on their total knowledge of the fine points of the FISA system and b) missing what a dolt like Byrne picked up in ten minutes of listening to Rush. In other words, nobody.

How does somebody get paid to be such a stupid fucker that he can't complete a few hundred words with a consistent set of factual premises.

Byrne implies that "millions" of Americans are put at risk because somebody else has done the job of a newspaper.

And worst of all, he "concedes" that partisans have gone after Bush like some---including his idiot self, which he doesn't mention---went after Clinton. As he was one of the ones to take on Clinton for a blow job, he does a flip flop in order to equate Bush critics with partisan attack dogs SUCH AS HIMSELF. What a dick.
