How to get political opponents on the NSA "list"...

1. Put a phony contact on the NSA's watch list that you control.
2. Have this contact call one of your opponents with a wrong number or something.

I just got the idea since I just answered the phone and someone said something in what sounded like Arabic and hung up. It sounded like an international call; the background static is typical from the calls I get from Ireland or India for work. I picked up after two rings but it didn't register on caller id. Probably nothing but it did give me the above idea. :think:

My family kept fleeing countries just one step ahead of the Nazis until they all ended up hiding in Argentina together.
