Bush must prove he did not wiretap John Kerry and other candidates
I think this is one issue that should be focused on. How do we know that it wasnt done?

2. Talk to your Congresspeople. Tomorrow.
Tell them to ask the question. The answer to the question holds THEIR OWN JOBS in the balance.

17. Then let them return to a boatload of messages
Let them answer the live calls that will follow. Hold them accountable. Demand their position on domestic spying on Americans.

and return BEFORE Jan 31.

16. Absolutely. Contact them all.

We need a central list of all those in Congress who agree that Junior had/has their approval to spy on Americans. We need a list of those traitors' names. They've betrayed the Constitution. May they all be up for re-election this year. Karma. What a concept.

NGU. Absolutely.

3. Can't be proven
However, we can get him on the record, on oath, saying he didn't have any knowledge of the contents of Kerry and his campaigns phone conversations.

Then ram them up his ass when the tapes surface, as they surely will.

4. Definitely
I think whom shrub tapped is very important. It would be VERY hard to justify taps against political adversaries.

I haven't heard any of the talking heads bring up this aspect of the issue.

he wouldn't be in this pickle (whether or not he bugged political enemies).

13. If he did.... he probably only did it for national security reasons....
and I wouldn't put it past him to try that one.... seein as how they claim we aid and abet the "enemy" who were really our friends until we decided to rape their country.

8. The best you could do is demand and obtain a complete list of spyees.
(Since negatives can't be proven.)

I'd be all for that.

10. Unfortunately, that's not what made the difference in 2004
Even if bush did wiretap Kerry's campaign (magic 8-ball says all signs point to yes), bush's fear mongering and the swifties are what hurt Kerry the most.

Still, would make another juicy argument for impeachment/censure/loss of support for rebublicans in 2006/counter to endless false claims of Democratic campaign fraud.

14. yep. thats why I posted the way I did. Bush crossed a line and
shot himself in the ass...again. This time is different because I see no way to prove he didnt spy on Kerry or democratic senators or congressmen running for re-election or you or me.
