I didn't know that Coretta Scott King had spoken out against the Iraq War
I suppose I should have, but I didn't.

Same with the Pope. I heard about him opposing the war at the time, but by the time he died I had forgotten it.

I think that's one thing that's freaking out the Bush defenders.

Of course they're going to try to align themselves with revered figures like King and the Pope, and they're all doing it. They're all pretending that their phony outrage is on behalf of King. Rush's substitute just prefaced his attack on Lowery by declaring his admiration for the "hero" that King was.

But these same whores also ruthlessly demonize opponents of the war, which King and the Pope both were.

The corporate media of course is going to downplay that opposition, with the lame excuse that reporting their positions are disrespectful.

And when Lowery did their job for them, and reported King's position on the war, they had to go into attack mode.

5. What about the Clintons & WMD
It's peculiar that they've spent the last 3 years repeating the Clintons' comments about WMD, but somehow the WMD remark was ONLY directed at Bush. Are they finally admitting it really was the Bush Administration lying about WMD??? Why do they assume it's just about Bush? Guilty conscience?
