2. We all choose which parts of the funeral to choose pictures from.
Talking of CSK death as a possible transformation experience for us all - was a theme everyone talked about.

15. did you see the BBC coverage?
Edited on Wed Feb-08-06 02:41 PM by oldtime dfl_er
They showed the Bushes speaking, then the commentator said "It was then left to Bill Clinton to heal the divide."

Then they showed Bill saying "If you want Coretta to be a role model, then model her behavior" and the crowd cheering. Outside of the US, people do see things more clearly.

Pretty neat trick, even if That Felon hated every minute of it.

I have been trying to find out if they were invited or if they foisted their foul selves on the King family.

Thanks

11. OTOH it allows Hannity, Limbag, and others to spew Karl's faxing points
endlessly to thier fanbase. So maybe a win-win for Karl.

Except of course for the fact that it makes our "Strong and Resolute" President seem like a crybaby if he cant take criticism.

25. Junior looks like he forgot his Ritalin, and Pickles is just plain furious
You would have thought as members of the privileged class Junior would have been better instructed. Pickles who is upper middle class has been living the high life long enough she should have learned the demeanor. A Stepford wife look have served her well. I've got a feeling these pictures have done some damage and will be around a long time "Like the Pet Goat" pictures.

went on.

All smiles for Poppy...smirking for Teddy...

But then....the dagger death rays came out and stayed out, heh.

7. Now that you point it out - that's disgusting!
Whose idea was it to put those narcissists right behind the speaker's podium anyway? I would have gone to the funeral, if I could have, to pay honor to one of the most influential women of my time, and to hear the absolutely stunning array of well-educated and articulate speakers. It would have driven me CRAZY to see them behind the speakers!

26. Oh man, Pickles' body language
says, "Get the hell away from me and get me the fuck outa here." She couldn't look any more uncomfortable and disgusted if somebody publically asked her about that classmate she killed.

Chimp looks like he's squirming in his seat. In that last shot he's asking Pickles, "Got any whiskey on ya?"

35. It's like this movie I saw once about China during the Cultural Revolution
I forget the title, but in one scene, during a wedding, everyone sang a song praising Chairman Mao. So the wedding was about HIM, not the newlywed couple.

Seems like the same is true now. Every funeral that the Lyin' King attends somehow becomes about HIM.
