Two Central Florida sisters have filed lawsuits against a popular sports bar after they claim they were told to wear 'Baby on Board' T-shirts and were retaliated against when they became pregnant.
Kelly and Kimberly German said the large black T-shirts opened them up to unwanted contact and humiliation at Ker's Wing House located on Airport Drive in Sanford, Fla.
"People I didn't even know would just come up to me and just start touching my belly and it was very awkward," Kelly German said.
Before their pregnancies, both women were featured in the Wing House bathing suit calendar wearing a tank top and shorts. After they became pregnant, they said they were offered the shirts with the bumper sticker slogan "Baby on Board" as the only option for a uniform.
