For What It's Worth
Paranoia Strikes Deep

Into Your Life It Will Creep

Starts When You're Always Afraid

Step Outa Line

The Man Comes

And Take You Away

As we did 40 years ago, we have ALL the reasons, (hundreds) in the world to be paranoid. I swear, I hope it doesn't take a draft for this country to wake the fuck up, and "Take A Look Around", but I fear it may be so.

1. I think it's the people getting disappeared to the new detention centers
that might finally get people's attention. But not until an awful lot of us have gone missing. :(

3. I heard Kellog, Brown & Root won a contract dealing with FEMA camps
They sound like they were camps built in case of an influx of refugees or something, but they tacked on at the end, "...or to support rapid development of new programs." Just what are these "new programs"???

4. You're absolutely right-- it will take a draft
to get people to finally stand up, though I also hope it doesn't come to that. They're taking newly released prisoners into the military now, but I don't know how long they can avoid a draft with their f***ing wars of aggression. I'm very, very afraid . . . but that doesn't make me paranoid! It just shows that I'm paying attention.

5. I guess I would have to admit.....
that I am paranoid. When it gets to the point where I cannot trust anything, and I mean ANYTHING that comes out of the mouths of our predetermined leader, then to me that is the definition of paranoid.

6. No, that is the definition of sanity!
To be paranoid is to exhibit "extreme and irrational fear or distrust of others"--I don't think we're being irrational here at all.

7. I will accept your analogy, Teryaki, and thanks.
It is a sad and deeply disturbing state we find ourselves in.
