Why else would he be kept on the fucking payroll as a consultant, making more than he was when he was an appointee???
If they take him off the rolls, he'll take his emails to Congress, and BushCo will be SCREWED.

3. it's not blackmail when it's public information |
|
or information that should be public, anyway.
it's called "negotiation".

4. I still think Bush gave orders |
|
not to start a significant relief effort until a damage assessment was done. Brownie knew it. The whole thing always smelled like blackmail.

7. Maybe he also thought Brownie had a 'purty mouth' |
|
We know he didn't get his job based on any experience or training in emergency administration.

5. That would be great. God knows the Katrina witholding of aid was |
|
intentional. They wanted to clear out the city and re-develop it in a flurry of contracting giveaways.
This much is obvious...KBR had the contract before the Superdome had bottled water.

8. I think Brownie might want to watch himself |
|
Or he might just find that he has a sudden and irresistible urge to commit suicide in a hotel room.

9. according to the article |
|
"Mr. Brown is going to testify before Congress. If he receives no guidance to the contrary, we'll do as any citizen should do -- and that is to answer all questions fully, completely and accurately,"
What does this mean, that he will lie if not given guidance to do otherwise? Boy, they take the cake when it comes to being obvious!
