When Miles O'Brien was questioning the "appropriateness" of the comments made at the funeral, he would play the clip of Lowery until it came to the long, boisterous, standing ovation. The applause was clipped to less than a second, then Lowery finished his comment.
1984 folks, just a few years late. :grr:

Can you say crickets?
As I go though the footage, it's amazing to see how many Republicans are barely clapping, and how few "standing ovations" he actually got.
But Editing out 20 to 30 seconds of applause is standard operating procedure for most "news" channels, but especially for Fox.

I bet people in office today are happy that they don't have to deal with people like Coretta and Martin because they would've been two fighters who had a damn good chance of derailing their designs on the country. Bobby and John probably would've been fighters, too.
