Patrick Rhode on the Katrina Panel Was a TV Anchor before FEMA job!

in Arkansas and Alabama. As Acting Director of FEMA, His quote after Katrina " Probably one of the most efficient and effective responses in the country's history."

I knew his name was familiar and I looked up in an old Rollongstone and found this little gem. Another political appointee who did not know jack shit about disasters.
