he said yesterday the attack was foiled b/c plotter was 'roughed up' and therefore confessed.......so all the liberals out there worried about civil rights, 'Patriot' Act, and torture are just not living in the modern world, if not worse

HOW CAN ANYONE BELIEVE THERE WAS A FOILED PLOT????????????

Does he take off the shoe, walk up to the door, plant it there, light the fuse, then fight off everyone else while waiting for the explosion, then duck as it comes, then charge through the smoke at the newly open doors, overpowering captain and crew...

Or does he keep the shoe on, walk up to the door, stick his foot on it, light the fuse, and blow off his own leg, after which, bleeding from amputation, he gets up, overpowers the crew, takes the controls, and does a loop-de-loop to hit the target on the side that doesn't have Rumsfeld on it...

4. I think it's a double-whammy:

R*ve knows that they can just wheel * out in front of the press and have him blabber a few words almost randomly "terror...plot...foil...shoe-bomb...human-animal hybrids..uh, wrong speech...terror" and they'll get the headlines they need.

8. On 9/11/02,

a guy that I worked with at the time was on a plane to Las Vegas. They had to land it somewhere in Arizona (I think?) because a couple of men tried to bust into the cockpit. When I asked him about it, he got all annoyed. He wouldn't give me many details, but he did say the men took their shirts off and were yelling and talking about shaving their backs. Then they tried to get into the cockpit and were tackled by a passenger. That's when they landed the plane and the two men were taken away. I heard a little about it on CNN, but not too much in detail.

I hope that made at least a little sense. I'm trying to work and type at the same time.
