Can someone help me out here? :) I've tried doing a search for background about Cindy Sheehan. I have a friend who, when we discuss politics, is to the right of Atilla the Hun.
Fortunately, we can carry on discussions without getting angry. Anyhow, he has been sending me emails that he gets from someplace, slamming Cindy about her past etc.
I know someone posteed a whole list of her past and how to rebut all the allegations about how Cindy 'abandoned' her son and all that crap.
Any help here?

NOT. that is just bullshit. she did not abandon her child. the kids what late teens??? older, said mom should be home with them. i think the family wanted it to all stop. more importantly it is her personal life, her business, repugs cant keep nose out of it. sure cindy knows how to take care of and love her people better than the rest of us can do for her

Sort of cold here (as opposed to almost 60 degrees at times in the past couple of weeks). We're expecting a snowstorm tomorrow into Sunday.

The facts.
Cindy married Pat sheehan when they got out of high school.
They were high school sweet hearts
Casey,Carly ,Janey and Andy are their kids.
They were married 27 years and were a very normal happy family.
Pat was a distributor for hardware companies.
Cindy taught school and also a youth group at her catholic church and was a devout catholic.
Casey wanted to be a priest but went into the military to be a chaplian.
Cindy and her kids live near each other in northern california.
Pat still suports Cindy in what she is doing but couldnt handle the pressure
from all the work she was doing to stop the war so they divorced.
The kids love and support their mom and Carly is starting groups against the war at the college she is going to.
Cindy was only married once and raised Casey and they were extremely close as were the rest of the family.
The rest is all a bunch of blatant lies!!!!
