Some Interesting Stories on Radio Havana Cuba
So I'm listening to Radio Havana Cuba on my shortwave radio, and they had some VERY interesting stories tonight. Stories, that, of course, are not getting very much attention here.

The first story was regarding allegations by Janis Karpinski. Karpinski is apparently saying that Gen. Richard Sanchez ordered the cover-up of some women soldier's deaths in Iraq.

Apparently, some women soldiers died of dehydration. They were afraid of being sexually assualted by their male counterparts, and so they did not drink enough water and fluids, because they did not want to have to get up in the middle of the night and go to the bathroom.

The second story they reported, was that the Bush Crime Team is busy developing mini nuclear weapons--smaller than usual nuclear weapons that could be used conventionally.

Where is our media on these stories?

2. But my point is, is that this stuff SHOULD be in the MSM as well
This was the first time I heard these two stories, and I was absolutely floored.

It's a really sad commentary on the state of our media.

except when I use my DX to pull in Bernie Ward from SF here in Southern NM (Las Cruces, 50 north of El Paso).

Radio Havana wrote me a lovely letter as a QSL and a year later sent me a New Year's card. I love listening to Radio Havana, especially Arnie Coro!
