I would imagine CSpan will carry like they have the past few years.

This year’s State of the Black Union is divided into two parts. Part one, “Economic Empowerment - Building and Leveraging Wealth in the African American Community”, features corporate and community perspectives and practical advice on how African American families and businesses can grow their wealth, purchase a home, and take advantage of the tax breaks and investment opportunities that so many other Americans are enjoying. The afternoon panels, “Defining the African American Agenda, Part II” is a continuation of our 2005 conversation on the Covenant with Black America. Now that the Covenant is complete, how can we move forward towards progress.
